Have some fun in the sun with our archaeologically-inspired events, kids-crafting tables, Spanish Colonial
Reenactors, and scavenger hunt!
Cool off indoors with a tour of the Johnson History Museum and historic courthouse or learn about future
anthropological research during our undergraduate/graduate poster presentations! Also, look for a visit from our
very own Wooly Mammoth who made his debut at our ArchFest last year.
Every March, statewide events celebrate Florida Archaeology Month in order to encourage Floridians and
visitors alike to learn more about Florida’s unique cultural heritage. Join PBCAS and HSPBC this March in
exploring and learning about Florida's diverse history and prehistory which stretches back over 12,000 years!
For more information, please call 561-215-7909
If you are, or know, a college student who would like to participate in our poster contest, please e-mail us at the address below!
