Job Description:/h3:
The Sales/Marketing Representative is responsible for generating business and leads within their assigned territory. At Precision Integrated Data we want people who are innovative, creative, hungry and want to progress within our organization. Selling across the USA with a focus on the local Florida Market, this role will provide employees with the opportunity to gain National business experience as well as local experience and networking.

Employee Characteristics:
: Sales experience, ideally face to face or phone:based and within lead generation.
:Proven ability to work well under pressure, assess tasks and prioritize high potential customers, with the tenacity, drive and desire to succeed in sales.
:Highly motivated self:starter who is articulate, persistent and outgoing with a proficient demeanor and able to represent the company professionally (Remember we are a startup company).
:Capacity to explore and understand customer business needs rather than just customer requirements, handle constructive and critical feedback to improve processes.
:We are looking for someone who is ambitious and competitive and able to make an impact immediately through new business development and key account management from our Jupiter, FL Office.
:The aptitude to make Numerous calls daily in a consultative sales approach.
:The ability to research the internet, reading of industry trade journals, networking and referrals.
:Ability an innovative sales approach, searching for executive business challenges in the industry and linking those to solutions providers in the market place.
:Ability to work under supervision and be a team player.
:Excellent telephone communication.
:A desire to progress your career.
Work Environment and Physical Demand:
:General office environment. No special physical demands required.
:Willing to work a flexible schedule as needed.
:Occasional travel to customer sites or partners may be required
Responsibilities:
:Increase company revenue with new and existing clients
:Create and deliver sales
presentations/Product Demos to clients
:Email Marketing
:Social Media Updating
:Use of CRM software to track
leads/customers/potential clients
:Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
:Organize client correspondence and paperwork
:Numerous calls daily in a consultative sales approach
:Face to face or phone:based sales (Cold Calling, Door to Door, Local Advertising)
:Possible Trait/Expo Shows
:Lead Generation
:Marketing Campaigns with targeted audiences
Qualifications:
:Previous experience in sales, advertisement, or other related field
:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with at least 1 year of recent outbound business to business (B2B) sales experience with cold calling and appointment setting experience preferred.
:
Strong negotiation skills
:Ability to build rapport with clients
:Effective verbal and written communication skills
