Job Description Miami CBD is seeking an Experienced Sales Manager for the South Florida area. Job Summary: Maintain and grow sales of cannabinoid based remedies to independent pharmacies, health stores, and doctors offices in a set geographic area. Share information with Inside Sales Representatives to maximize sales. Job Requirements & Qualifications: Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily A High School Diploma or equivalency is required. A minimum of two years experience in sales is preferred. Superior listening and verbal communication skills including the ability to demonstrate diplomacy and professional sales techniques Strong organizational skills Ability to work accurately with highly detailed information Basic computer skills Must be self-motivated and hard working Must have valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle for sales calls Job Description Essential Job Functions: Make sales calls to independent pharmacies, health stores, and doctors offices. Sell cannabinoid based remedies and provide market information to clients. Assist in growth of businesses through education and marketing opportunities. Work with inside sales to maximize sales. Plan calls in advance including distribution of literature packets and samples Establish and maintain working relationships with vendor representatives in assigned geographic area. Attend educational meetings which include vendor-sponsored industry trade shows and vendor educational training including conference calls. Mental & Physical Demands: Must be able to handle high stress and rejection. A fast pace of work to meet frequent deadlines Continuous contact with customers Regular contact with co-workers Continuous use of hands for writing and computer keyboard Continuous use of a computer monitor requiring close vision Continuous use of telephone; listening and speaking skills Ability to work from vehicle throughout the day Must be able to fly to industry trade shows Job duties and requirements may be subject to modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities. Equipment Used: Regularly uses typical office equipment including computer keyboard and terminal, telephone, fax and copier. Employee must have working vehicle for sales calls. Work Environment: Work will be performed either in-office or on the road and location to location year-round and will include exposure to all seasonal elements. Travel for sales calls and sales meetings/training may require overnight stays and ability to travel by air. Compensation: The first week will consist of training and you will be compensated $250. You will be required to come to the home office in Boynton Beach, FL for three days and approximately 20 hours for training. Following that, you will move into a 30-day probation period where you will be required to work 30 hours per week from the Boynton office and/or vehicle and you will be compensated $350 per week.
