Top five National Retail Mortgage Banker is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager as part of its extensive growth platform. We are looking to expand our branch and satellite presence into the Delray Beach, Florida and surrounding area. This individual will be responsible for originating loans, hiring loan officers for branch expansion, overseeing production and marketing the companys presence in this high profile south Florida marketplace.

Job Requirements
:Previous Branch Manager Experience
:Knowledge in basic lending and credit markets
:Strong oral, verbal, and written communication skills
:Ability to work well under pressure, meet time deadlines, as well as work independently
:Demonstrated abilities in the areas of problem:solving, analysis, and time management
:Interpersonal skills that forge professional relationships and team work
:Desire to be the best
Job Responsibilities:
:Be willing to set the benchmark as a Branch Manager and leader establishing and promoting our corporate brand.
:Recruit, Coach and Train new employees to exceed in our fast paced, high energy environment.
:Development of new business for the Company by networking and managing staff of Loan Officers
:Attaining established individual, branch, and Company goals through active participation in sales management and personal production
:Provide management direction to foster effective selection, development, and reward of employees
:Establish, develop and maintain client referral relationships with Realtors, Builders, Developers, CPAs, Financial Planners, and make sales calls on potential or existing customers in order to develop new business and/or retain existing business
:Keep informed of trends, changes, and developments in the local real estate market
:Keep up:to:date with changing rules, regulations, and guidelines from FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA in addition to other investors and agencies
:Stay informed of all origination, processing, appraisal, underwriting and closing requirements for both company and investor guidelines pertaining to both governments insured and privately insured mortgages
:Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures
:Follow through on all professional conditions and education requirements for licensure
:Adhere to organizational procedures for loan processing
:Participate and or conduct all necessary branch meetings.
