Savage Group Consulting is looking for a handful of Customer Service Experts for a non:traditional Customer Service/ Customer Agent position
The role is one that combines Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing. You will be helping to build our clients customer base by speaking with members of the public face:to:face. This requires a strong aptitude to learn fast, work hard and have a great attitude. The successful candidate will essentially be the face of our clients brand representing them to potential customers.
Day:to:day responsibilities will include:
General Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations to Potential Customers
Reporting, Forecasting and Analyzing New Customer Acquisitions
Territory Management, Campaign Management (for top performers)
Team Leadership, Product Training (included in advancement for top performers)
You will be reporting to Senior Sales Managers to ensure that you are building strong brand presence and product awareness, enhancing the corporate reputation of our clients across relevant audiences in the USA.
Savage Group Consulting believes that face to face interaction with potential and existing customers is the most important component to building a long lasting loyal customer base. We have built up a network across America and are looking to branch out throughout 2017.
Requirements / Recommendations:
1+ Year of Customer Service or Customer Relationship Management Experience
Excellent Communication Skills and Above Average Customer Service Skills
Experience Building Strong Relationships Internally and Externally
Team Leadership Experience or Experience Working within a Team
A Solid Work Ethic and Desire to Succeed and Grow
A Competitive Nature and a Drive to Win
