Summary of Position: Real Estate company is expanding and looking for an Experienced Real Estate Branch Manager for our real estate branch office. The Branch Manager reports directly to the Regional Vice President and is responsible for the day to day management of the Branch Brokerage office. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Recruit new and experienced sales associates Implement sales strategies Manage Branch production levels Maintain, develop and grow business as it relates to sales and listings Manage branch Profit & Loss and budget review Keep current on real estate laws Promote ancillary services of the Company Manage branch level staffing requirements Prepare and organize regular office meetings Train associates to create and maintain a winning team Organize community events and support associate involvement Create and maintain an environment conducive to effective selling and client advocacy Other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 5 years real estate experience, preferably some as Manager High school diploma or GED required Licensed Florida real estate broker Physical Requirements: This is a position which requires the incumbent frequent walking, standing and climbing of stairs in/around homes, models and properties. Must also have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. Additional Requirements: Ability to meet deadlines and troubleshoot various support issues that may arise Ability to perform all duties with a sense of urgency while providing excellent customer service and professionalism to the end client Strong interpersonal skills essential Must be detail-oriented, organized and capable of managing tasks on multiple, concurrent projects Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to establish highly functional relationships with diverse personalities both within and outside the company Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint This description outlines the basic responsibilities and requirements for the position noted.
