Job Description:/h3:
Responsibilities:
:Provide operational support to the COO.
:Supervision of the Trade Support team
:Provide trade and customer support the Divisa Group and its external clients.
:Writing / maintaining procedures and reporting KPIs.
:Working with and driving the team to deliver first class customer support by phone, email or skype, and building rapport with and proactively responding to customer queries.
:Producing and understanding key data analytics such as execution times, fill and rejection ratios, volume reports, liquidity providers distribution, etc.
:Understanding, Configuring and Maintaining custom trading systems across multiple pricing/ordering routing engines and trading platforms (MetaTrader 4/5, PrimeXM Xcore/FIX APIs, Currenex etc).
:Keeping up to date and pushing the team on ongoing issues / tickets and reoccurring tasks
:Supporting Client Services and other operational team members in providing client servicing through email and phone.
:Participating in ad hoc project requests to meet business needs and expectations.
:Work directly with the Support Team in responding, investigating and resolving various trade inquiries related to the trading systems.
:Manage / oversee trade reconciliations and trade discrepancies for all trades and positions.
:Working directly with our Tier 1 banks and/or HFT liquidity providers on level 2/3 trade support matters.
:Organizes the work assignments of key technical projects, and communicates to all project participants in a clear and concise way, leveraging JIRA or similar system.
:Provides L1, L2, L3 support for all FX systems and Business users (Front Office, Operations, Middle Office, Regulatory Reporting, etc).
:Liaising with the various vendors to learn their systems, and look for improvements.
:Interacting closely with project managers, internal constituents, and external vendors to deliver the work assigned
:Participates in the rotating support shifts when needed
:Troubleshoots issues and problems, comes up with clear action plan(s) to resolve such issues, develops, tests and implements the agreed solution into production, following the companys Policies and Procedures
:Works closely with Business users and the Planning team to document, define and track project technical requirements, milestones and deliverables for one or many projects
:Always looks for Improvements and ways to better run the business and the platforms, with ability to identify and raise issues as soon as they arise.
Requirements:
:3+ years of experience leading and/or supervising a team of 10 or more
:At least 2 years experience in FX and CFDs markets
:Bachelors Degree in computer science/financial engineering, Information Technology, Business or closely related fields and/or equal experience
:Highly motivated and focused to lead a team
:Meticulous attention to detail is a MUST
:Ability to prioritize own work load.
:Proven ability to work in a fast:paced environment.
:Superior communication and collaboration skills in a team:oriented, open floor environment
:Exposure to Forex / CFD markets, technologies and Vendors: Thomson Reuters, Metatrader 4 Admin/Manager, Currenex knowledge a PLUS
:FIX API knowledge is a PLUS
:Must have 1:year experience working with liquidity providers (banks / HFTs) on level 2/3 trade support/related matters.
:Must have experience in log analysis (FIX logs a PLUS), troubleshooting of issues and client
support/interaction
:Strong databases / SQL Knowledge (mysql a plus)
:Development experience in a production environment (C, Java, .NET, C++, Python) is a PLUS
:Self:motivated / Ability to work with minimal supervision
:Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of management; quickly learn from existing partial documentation and with minimal guidance; execute with limited information and ambiguity.
:Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
:Excellent technical common sense
:Excellent written and oral comm
