One to One Physical Therapy and Aquatics, the premier provider of physical therapy and aquatic therapy, is growing We are creating a new position that will perform a key role in the organization and have direct visibility to the CEO and president.
The Manager of Talent Acquisition will act as the subject matter expert when it comes to recruiting with the primary focus of bringing top talent into the organization. The manager will design and implement new talent acquisition programs with the goal of attracting and selecting the best employees to meet the current and future needs of the business. A highly dynamic, resourceful, strategic yet hands:on individual is necessary for the purpose of building and delivering recruiting strategies that will support the growth initiatives of an organization with multiple locations. This individual will work independently to build a strong pipeline of talent and perform full lifecycle recruiting for positions specific to the healthcare industry.
The individual must be able to act as the responsible party when it comes to sourcing for active as well as passive candidates, in an effort to build a robust pipeline and networking base.
Responsibilities:
Provide full lifecycle recruitment for all positions within the organization with a primary focus on physical and occupational therapist positions.
Build a pipeline of qualified physical and occupational therapist candidates by prospecting and networking strategically by using all recruiting resources such as job boards, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to name a few.
Develop a new internal database for the purpose of organizing candidates. This database will be important for successful networking and newly initiated email campaigns centered on always attracting the best talent. The database will aid in tracking recruitment data, developing analysis and metrics for reporting, and monitoring the status of open positions.
Assist in the development of recruiting marketing materials, including the altering of the company website: careers section.
Develop a college recruitment program by creating relationships with colleges, universities and local physical therapy schools in the surrounding area. Participate in college fairs and student networking events with the goal of attracting new graduates.
Implement new initiatives such as a college internship program and the refinement of the current employee referral program. Initiate creative and fun ways to get the existing employees involved and motivated to refer a friend or competent colleague to the company.
Help develop a physical therapy consulting practice for the placement of qualified PT consultants at hospitals, nursing homes, or doctors offices. Initiate contact and help identify new clients in these areas for the placement of qualified consultants on a temporary basis.
Maintain an awareness of the latest recruiting trends and attend any group, society or program that will aid in staying current with industry trends or help in the networking for strong talent.
Provide recommendations to leadership on programs that will increase the supply and volume of candidates.
Help with new hire paperwork, onboarding, and other human resource related activity.
Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field. Masters Degree a plus.
5+ years of experience in a corporate recruiting role or a staffing firm. Prior sales experience a plus.
Healthcare industry staffing strongly desired with specific exposure to staffing for physical and occupational therapists.
Demonstrated the ability to source qualified candidates for all positions with the ability to properly interview, evaluate talent, negotiate and close a candidate.
Prior experience with Applicant Tracking systems or other tracking tools as well as comfort leadin
