Reporting to the VP of
Clinical Operations, the Registered Nurse Field Assessor (RN) completing in:home
Benefit Determination Assessments (BDA) on a tablet device for long term
insurance companies with which Ingenios Health and Long Term Solutions (LTS) is
contracted. RNs will complete a hands:off benefit determination assessment at
each claimant's place of residence, lasting 60:90 minutes on average, in
accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and nursing standards
of care in all areas of the assessment, which includes evaluation of the
policyholder's functional and cognitive needs, gathers information regarding
the policyholder's physicians and medical history, and for certain insurers,
creates a plan of care.

RN field assessors must
be willing to complete BDAs in the claimant's place of residence independently
which includes private homes and care facilities.
This position is a Per Diem role and requires availability of at least
2 days per week minimum.

assess and document claimant's functional and cognitive abilities as observed
via electronic platform to ensure the highest quality BDA is submitted at the
end of every day

relationships with claimants and their families by honoring reasonable
scheduling requests and providing exquisite customer service

effectively with leadership in day:to:day operations, training/education, and
administrative processes

related daily duties, to include: correcting documentation errors on forms and
resubmitting, submitting visit support documents, and electronically signing
all completed BDAs within company established time requirements.

The ideal candidate
will possess the following:

of an accredited Registered Nurse Program (RN)

Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of service

years geriatric care experience and care management required

communication and organizational skills required

to adapt and diversify one's self to demands of a fast:paced company

technical skills required, as position requires daily use of tablet technology

to conduct clinical conversations in Spanish or other non:English speaking
languages preferred

sensitivity and competence in dealing with a claimant of diverse cultures and
socioeconomic backgrounds

driver's license, good driving record, personal insurance coverage and a
willingness and ability to drive in and around state of service market area to
perform in:home assessments
