POSITION SUMMARY: The Internal Sales Executive is responsible for the marketing and sales of Electronic Health Record (EHR) and/or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to physician practices, ambulatory practices and behavioral health facilities. The Internal Sales Executive will use their expertise and consultative selling skills to identify and retain qualified clients in their assigned territory. .
:Create new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into ambulatory practices, physician groups and behavioral health practices
:Establish, build and nurture relationships with prospects through developing an understanding of their practice, the challenges they face, future projects and plans in order to address their needs with electronic health records and revenue cycle management
:Achieve monthly and quarterly quota of new business opportunities
:Schedule and deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and other sales actions as needed
:Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events
:Overcome objections of prospective customers and drive the sales process by emphasizing product/service features and benefits.
:Update prospect and sales process information in Salesforce
:Exercises keen discretion and independent professional judgment in management of time and prioritization of all work:related tasks
:Consistently operate in a manner consistent with established revenue and performance goals, and maintains self:governance over all activities associated with meeting those goals
:Attend periodic sales training where applicable
:Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the Company
:High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
:Associate or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field is a plus.
:Three years direct experience in healthcare solutions sales
:Three years industry experience in EHR or RCM (strongly preferred)
:Recent industry experience working with ambulatory and physician practices (strongly preferred)
:Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while meeting established sales quotas
:Experience using customer relationship management software such as Salesforce
:Proven track record of consistent success in sales performance and customer satisfaction
:Demonstrated experience developing processes to obtain leads through comparison and evaluation of possible sourcing opportunities
:Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
:High level of integrity and work ethic
:Ability to work individually and as part of a team
:Good verbal communication and presentation skills
:Good listening skills
:Good written communication skills
:Self:motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Work Environment and Physical Demand:
:General office environment. No special physical demands required.
:Willing to work a flexible schedule as needed.
:Occasional travel to customer sites or partners may be required
