Responsibilities:Provide operational support to the COO.Supervision of the Trade Support teamProvide trade and customer support the Divisa Group and its external clients.Writing / maintaining procedures and reporting KPIs.Working with and driving the team to deliver first class customer support by phone, email or skype, and building rapport with and proactively responding to customer queries.Producing and understanding key data analytics such as execution times, fill and rejection ratios, volume reports, liquidity providers' distribution, etc.Understanding, Configuring and Maintaining custom trading systems across multiple pricing/ordering routing engines and trading platforms (MetaTrader 4/5, PrimeXM Xcore/FIX APIs, Currenex etc).Keeping up to date and pushing the team on ongoing issues / tickets and reoccurring tasksSupporting Client Services and other operational team members in providing client servicing through email and phone.Participating in ad hoc project requests to meet business needs and expectations.Work directly with the Support Team in responding, investigating and resolving various trade inquiries related to the trading systems.Manage / oversee trade reconciliations and trade discrepancies for all trades and positions.Working directly with our Tier 1 banks and/or HFT liquidity providers on level 2/3 trade support matters.Organizes the work assignments of key technical projects, and communicates to all project participants in a clear and concise way, leveraging JIRA or similar system.Provides L1, L2, L3 support for all FX systems and Business users (Front Office, Operations, Middle Office, Regulatory Reporting, etc).Liaising with the various vendors to learn their systems, and look for improvements.Interacting closely with project managers, internal constituents, and external vendors to deliver the work assignedParticipates in the rotating support shifts when neededTroubleshoots issues and problems, comes up with clear action plan(s) to resolve such issues, develops, tests and implements the agreed solution into production, following the company's Policies and ProceduresWorks closely with Business users and the Planning team to document, define and track project technical requirements, milestones and deliverables for one or many projectsAlways looks for Improvements and ways to better run the business and the platforms, with ability to identify and raise issues as soon as they arise.
