Exciting Opportunity Our client is looking for help desk analyst that is able to work in a high demand, fast-paced environment. Top three skills:Active Directory - 1+ year -basics enable users, create users, reset passwords, unlock accounts.Windows Terminal Servers - 1+ years. Individual must be able to redirect installation of printers drivers. Re-creating user profiles. Understanding server clusters.Remote support - Individual will need to log into devices remotely and provide support over the phone.Customer Service - This individual ideally will come from a high call volume environment.
