Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for reception hospitality supplies records and other administrative duties as directed Set up outgoing FedEx shipments outgoing mail Manage inventory of office supplies Troubleshoot office equipment Reserve conference rooms request videoconference equipment set up videoconference equipment and perform sound checks Validate parking and maintain stickers Maintain filing create labels update pleading indexes index and ship offsite once closed Submit Chrome River expenses for attorneys as needed Enter attorney time in Intapp as needed Answer incoming calls transfer and or take messages Communicate with building eg safety protocol requests for maintenance and work orders Qualifications and Requirements Legal and or clerical office assistant experience of years Typing skills of wpm Strong organizational skills Highly effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well with all levels of firm employees clients visitors and vendors Attention to detail in all interactions and work product Aptitude to learn all firm software applications Excellent reading comprehension and proofreading skills High school diploma required college degree preferred
