This position is responsible for carrying out all aspects of an organization's operational policies, objectives, initiatives for Children of America childcare centers.Essential DutiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Review information and reports provided by center management analyze for accuracy and enter into spreadsheets for distribution to district managers and corporate leadership.Maintain and update files using specific reports to verify timeliness and accuracyAssist center and district managers in use of processes procedures and softwareAssist center management in the adjustments of billed accounts due to changes in rates, credits and billings errors.Assist in the ordering and tracking of supplies from various vendorsAssist Accounting Analyst with collections processesDevelop relationships with center management to enhance collaboration between field and corporate staffCollaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely informationMaintain high standards of quality and service to both internal and external customersEnsure that all operations activities operate consistently and ethically within the values and mission of Children of AmericaPassionate about Children of America's mission and able to promote and communicate the philosophy mission and values of Children of America to external and internal stakeholders. Other DutiesOther duties as assigned by the Vice President of Operations SupervisionWorks under the direct supervision of the Vice President of OperationsThis position does not supervise other personnel.
