Small international company in Boynton Beach Fl. needs a part time Office Manager/Executive Assistance (15 to 20 pr week). Duties include ADP Payroll Processing with Timecard & PTO Tracking, Employee Benefits Oversight, Compliance Monitoring. Duties also require Conference Planning & Special Event Planning Office Safety Monitoring & Supplies Office Supplies Management & Ordering HR & Corporate Files Oversight Administrative Assistance to Senior Executives as needed General Office Duties Other Administrative Duties as needed.
