EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited law school and membership in The Florida Bar
KNOWLEDGE, Knowledge of legal principles, statutory and case law,
SKILLS, court rules and procedures. Legal research skills.
AND ABILITIES: Comprehensive knowledge of legal publications and the
ability to grasp, comprehend, and analyze exacting work,
attentive to details. Ability to cut through and discern
legal issues in matters before the court. Exceptional
reading and writing skills. Ability to digest and
communicate ideas and concepts orally and in writing.
Thorough knowledge of the English language. Must
exercise discretion, confidentiality, impartiality, and
honesty in handling matters before the court. Ability to
work effectively with others.
