We are looking to hire a Business Office Associate for an Assisted Living company in West Palm Beach, FL to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the business administrative activities for the organization. The ideal candidate applying for this role would be someone who has recently graduated and/or is from an administrative/secretarial background. Responsibilities:Main focus is on admissions, discharges, collections, resident files and budgetsPlan and maintain work facilitiesManage records and informationProvide administrative assistance to the office teamEncourage and improve cross-department internal communicationPerform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)Develop and implement organized filing systemsDraft correspondences and other formal documents ​Qualifications:Previous experience in administrative services or other related fieldsAbility to prioritize and multi-taskStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-orientedStrong leadership qualities Company Description: Dynamic, rapidly growing seniors housing organization in South Florida.
